U can already see X weapon on the sewers demo video but Zero's Blade Bouncer is new, I'll probably make a video later.

The Reflect Shield can be seen at the end of X Demo video.

It basically deflects plasma bullets back to the enemy.

Anyways, yeah, that is an interesting Maverick, looks great too.
As for weapon... Maybe something like a feather storm, or a dazzling flash?
Weakness... Puffer's seem ok, bouncing shots hitting flying bird...

I would imagine something Wind related for his weapon.  Perhaps Wind Wave?

Yes it is, not only mets but bats aswell, and makes other enemies shoot at each other.
