Bio:

Meet Tuxedus, the wandering Carrier Pigeon theif. And he's the star of his own game. That's right. >3

This fella can shoot lasers from his arms, channeled from what's called "Monitor Energy", a source of power inside
of all living creatures.

Of course, with this power it makes him "The Monitor Pigeon".
Watch out, and don't get caught in this guy's beams.

Why he's wearing a tuxedo? Just because.

Usually, he just doesn't care about his opponent and actions during a fight, but what he DOES care about is getting through the fight as quickly as possible.

..But, is that all he wants? He's left to ponder such thoughts..
