[spoiler]When you rematch the Elite 4 all members have the ability to Mega Evolve their last Pokemon.

Also Glacia has replaced her Sealeos with Froslasses but she still has her 2 Glalies and her Walrein due to the lack of Ice Pokemon in Hoenn before post game.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]So I've stopped OR in Petalburg City after unlocking the PlayNav (PSS/Amie/Training). And then I find out I need to clear the Rustboro Gym to get the BuzzNav for the Streetpasses. DARN[/spoiler]

EDIT: How to get Regigigas.

[spoiler]You have to have all 3 Regis and go to the Island Cave in the Day time, it can't be night. You also have to have your Regice nicknamed and holding something cold like a Castelia Cone, Nevermelt Ice, or Snowball.  Yes you do need to do that.  Pacifidlog town has hints to do that, but the hints are different for different players.[/spoiler]

Maybe this has to do with Gen 4 [tornado fang]ing everything over with it's legendaries.

I got AS because the mall was practically deserted at the time.  I found out that I couldn't name my Treecko Pine thanks to the Nintendo censors so I named him Cedar instead, and he has the perfect Nature for him too.

Hell, it seems to make the rare Pokemon common, at least it did for my OR with regards to Surskit.
