Event Pokemon can't be traded through GTS. You either have to trade directly with someone or PokeGen.

But is an Arceus earned through, say, the Azure Flute and caught via any other Pokeball still an Event one? I thought only Pokemon in Cherish Balls couldn't be traded through GTS, and that wouldn't be one in a Cherish Ball.

Look, I want equal gender representation as much as the next person, but this is a demo.  I really don't expect a whole lot from a demo. 

The politicization of gaming has been under a scrutiny as of late. I cannot really elaborate because that would go against the rules of the bored. All I can say it that I want my politics and my games to stay as separate as possible. I do not want debates on gender issues when I play Pokemon. If I recall correctly, I tried to use an Arceus caught with a Master Ball via Hall of Origins then sent it to my brother's Pokemon Y to use it on its GTS, and no dice. So it's probably not the ball it was caught in, rather they don't want Arceus flooding GTS (though I'm guessing hackers can bypass this). In any case, I have an Action Replay for the DS, so I can get another Arceus, either from Hall of Origins via the Azure Flute event or the promotional one from Arceus and the Jewel of Life movie, and transfer it to my brother's Black then to Y and give you one Mirby.

Well the issue is that I can't get online with my 3DS here, and when I can get online it's not like I can really contact anyone to do a trade. I had two legit Arceus's ready to transfer via PokeTransporter but it didn't take either of them for whatever reason; that's the main reason I still need one.

I really hate that. Everytime I see a Hoopa on GTS with an impossible offer, it's like they're saying "Haha! We got Action Replay and you don't! We got [whatever event legendary Pokémon] and we're not sharing!" while rubbing in our faces. And Sakura, if you want I can give you a Meloetta and Keldeo since I have the AR codes for them.

If it's new for gen6, then I wasn't aware of it. At the time, Ten'imura Regigigas could be put on GTS, since it has no ribbon, not to mention it's how I got mine.

Technically no but I have my brother's 3DS to work with. I'll get them in my brother's Black then send them to Y so we can trade tomorrow. Any specific Nature you want for any of them before I go bed?
