Blue Valkyrie

((We going to skip to morning, WilyII is waiting on us XD))

Sakura Leic

(Calien kind of needs to talk to Farah but I guess they can talk during the fight since Farah can fight.)

Pema raised her hand hesitantly, "I... kinda forgot to reserve a room..." She chuckled nervously.

Quickman

((I'm hitting a block and we seemed to have hit downtime.  Unless someone prompts the Prof into discussing about the Order some more (and by prompt, I mean direct the discussion, else he'll just babble), then a time passed seems in order.))

"Ah, yes, yes, I can get you a room, yes!" The Professor limped toward the door and motioned for Pema to follow.

Sakura Leic

(I think the only thing that Calien wants to know, besides where exactly Farah's Chicken Stand is, is if the Order restricts trading with the outside world just out of curiousity.)

Pema nodded happily and followed the Prof.

After a few minutes, they returned, the Professor having rented a room for Pema, though under the name of "Panama," in part due to his poor lip-reading skills.

"Is, is everyone, is everyone settled?  We do have a kitchen.  You can g-get food here."

Blue Valkyrie

Aya finally steps out of the bathroom clean and relaxed, she shakes her hair lightly to get rid of any remaining water. "Whew, I feel much better now!" fastening her pendant back around her neck she shuts the bathroom door behind her and rejoins the others.

"So whats going on?"

Sakura Leic

"I am a little peckish." Sakura stated.

"Yes, um Proffesor may I ask you something?" Calien asked.

Pema ran up to Aya, "Professor Bunny said there's FOOD here!" She turned at the heel, darting towards the Professor, "Where's the kitchen? Lead the way!"

"Pema, you just stuffed your face a few hours ago! You can't seriously be hungry this quickly. Even by your standards, this is just..." Salem sighed, trailing off.

"Well, I mean... I'm not starving or anything, but... I still want to see what they have. Out of curiosity, is all!" Pema replied, her face saying "just curious", while her eyes screamed "Food!"

Blue Valkyrie

Aya giggled lightly, when did we last eat? Should be time before we all need to sleep right?"

Dr. Wily II

(Darnit Phi... Peam is so goddarn cute. XD)

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Quickman

The Professor seemed confused and a bit overwhelmed.  He wanted to answer Calien, but Pema was in his face, and everyone was hungry.  "Oh, oh, yes, yes, the k-kitchen!  Come, come, we can talk there..."

He limped to the door and out into the hall.

Sakura Leic

"Of course." Calien chuckled.

"This girl has a bottomless stomach." Sakura sweat dropped.

Aya was about to add something when her stomach growled with hunger rather loudly. "W-well magic makes you hungry--yeah kitchen." she coughs blushing slightly before following the professor and Pema

As the group* made their way to the kitchen, the Professor stopped in the hallway and looked back at them.  He lifted his robe to show his left leg encased in a metal brace.  "Lame."

Satisfied to ward off any questions about his limp, he dropped the hem and continued hobbling down to the kitchen, finding it to be empty, save for the cooks.

((*Toshi and Fxeni are being zombied to the kitchen))

Mr. Haxwell

Toshi - "Uhh... do these cooks come here often?" she asked the Professor, "I was sort of expecting to cook our own meals, not that I'm complaining or anything."

Fear me.

Quickman

"Work for the inn, they do!" The Professor nodded. "Work for room and board!"

The short monk took a seat at a large table.  "The Order, the Order is good.  The Order p-provides.  We have... workers' guilds."

Fxeni

"What's their stance on magic? The people around here don't seem very fond of it which I find odd... is it because of the Order, or is it something else that's causing it?" Fxeni asked the professor as he glanced through a menu.

Quickman

The Professor became very quiet.  "M-magic... It, it, it is a forbidden art.  My work, my work, you see, my work, it's, it's like magic.  It is, and it isn't.  But, but, but, to the outsiders, to the townsfolk... it's m-magic.  I, I, I can't show them my work.  I can't go back tonight.  Not tonight.  Punishment if, if, if I go back tonight."

((And with that, I'm finally going to bed.))

Mr. Haxwell

Toshi - "It's okay Professor." she pats him gently on the front shoulder, trying to avoid touching the many scars on his back; feeling the need to cheer up the tormented old monk.

Still feeling irked at how the Order's been treating him lately, "There must be something we could do to help."

(You know, I wanted her to pat him on the back; but I think she would know where it hurts the most, so that she doesn't cause any more torment for poor fella.)

Fear me.

Sakura Leic

"......Okay this town is officially much worse than the last place I lived in." Calien said bluntly "I may have been treated like a demon in the last place I lived before becoming a hermit to at least half the villagers but at least I could have done whatever I wanted, though people thought my herb growing hobby was a bit strange, the men called it sissy work for some reason.

I assume they restrict trading from the outside world too?  They seem a bit xenophobic."

Phi

(Okay good, so the witch thing works out, after all. XD)

Sakura Leic

(Very good coincidence indeed.)

Quickman

"Oh, no, no, no, we can trade.  We can trade.  Much trading between towns, between the guilds.  Our, our vendors, our vendors come from all over!"

The Professor hastily explained trading to the best of his knowledge.  He had been kept hidden for years and didn't really experience anything outside the monastery until his accidental escape.  It was only after the loss of his master that he started venturing outside.
