I hope they can make the release date this time, because I'm legit really worried about the dev team's emotional well-being at this point--life keeps dumping on them and everyone's calling Inafune nasty things, even though I sincerely doubt that all of the blame can be laid on him.
Yeah I share the same sentiment. I mean mistakes were made, things were handled quite poorly, the plan may have been too ambitious for its own good, and honestly the PR drama was overly stupid, but I honestly can't just condemn people for trying their best and being utterly screwed over so many goddanm times and people keep bitching at them when they have almost no idea what the hell it's like not only to develop a game but running an independent company. It's hell on multiple levels.
I mean I can't deny Inafune and Concept had [tornado fang]'d up, and maybe they should have just released the game and patch in the Multiplayer later, but I also understand why they don't want to put an "unfinished" product out there either.
In the end I just want to forget the drama and play a fun game. That's all I want in the end.
