I voted for G. It seems the least Mega Man-like, which is cool. It'd be nice to get a different vibe.

All of them are fine, except for D.  That design looks horrendous.

Dr. Wily II

C looks totally like Shimakaze from Kantai Collection.

I'm torn between E and F.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

I thought you would've liked D honestly.

You don't like [spoiler]Inafune's[/spoiler] design?  O:<

Anyways, I think 'F's design has burned into people's heads already. Maybe add more Beck skin like 'I's. And also, like Clefant said, 'E has that PSwG design written all over her. But looking at the character personality written for Call, she would have a personality of a real robot unlike Beck, who is like Megaman with emotions. 'I would fit that profile well (and she looks like Iris). Still... I really like 'F.  *o*

E is the best because she looks like Panty (Panty & Stocking), and has dem legs.  A vote for E is a vote for good Rule 34.

Somebody else said this exact same thing in a stream chat earlier hmmmm

Both of them are spot on.

I just hope E & F make the Final Three, cause I want to see them colored in.

Oh snap, I can vote again on my older brother's laptop? *places a vote on E*

Watch as they see that the IPs are Identical and remove both of your votes.

They said they would.

Also, still not really seeing the PSG thing with E, is it the Banana hair bangs because other than that I've got nothing.

Hell I looks more like a PSG character by comparison.

Haha, I didn't say that.

I've voted for F... the pony-tail is calling to me and I just love the look even if it's obvious Roll's successor there's just something appealing to her to me... I think her riding on the Rush successor making her look kickbutt probably was it for me and that I've been exposed to her the most.

Honestly she's the cutest one of them all for me.

E vs F

I tried to do a quick rushjob of coloring E to get a feel of the design. It's growing on me.

EDIT: Here's some more...

Blonde/Blue one feels like a cross between Athena Cykes and Noel Vermillion.

Bad Box Art Snake Man Joins the Battle!

Mr. Haxwell

I went for 'G'. Maybe because the extra arms intrigued me. Looking at 'D', I was thinking along the lines of basing Forte's yandere-ish sister, Fermata, on that design.

Fear me.

Align

A with her glasses up looks good, otherwise meh
B looks kinda Toriyama. Also fetishy...
C would get my vote if it weren't for those dead, dead eyes
D is too plain and also Wily's mustache.
E is an Advance Wars tutorial character
F is Roll, and will therefore win
G would be good if it weren't so meido
H is also too plain
I also looks fetishy

Well now.

And it seems they are certainly trying to milk this [parasitic bomb] as much as they can.
It slowly becomes distasteful.

How so, I'm pretty sure they were already planning most of this.

Because it's like an extremely radical version of DLC; paying for content that's "hidden" in the disc/game.

If co-op and the like were planned, why make people pay money for it.

Oh okay I now I see what you guys mean, I do kind of agree with that especially with the intro stage and all.

[parasitic bomb], I was about to say that.

Stuff like multiplatform versions of the game are understendable...

But I'm sure stuff like boss rush mode or co-op isn't requiring stretch goals.

I'll say this outright right here and now. I didn't say it at the beginning, but I'll do so now...

Inafune is full of [parasitic bomb], and he's using fans of Megaman to create this rip-off of Megaman.
As much as I want this game completed, I'm no fool, and can clearly see what he's doing here.

Anybody who says otherwise is a tool.

There. Hate me.

Would you say the same with Shante because most of their stretch goals are kind of similar with bonus content.

I applaud you for your courage there. I always thought this was an attempt to get revenge at Capcom.

He explicitly said it wasn't, he just wanted to revive the genre.

The case with Shantae is not much different honestly.

But there is a slight difference... or is it a big difference?
Well...

Wayforward, unlike Inafune, are exploiting the goodwill of people, and the fact they like their games (and Shantae). That, and they simply are copying Inafune.

While our dearest Inafune himself, is exploiting the same thing as Wayforward PLUS the current state of Capcom and the Megaman games in general.

What I mean by that, is that he quite frankly is riding on the "death of megaman games" and using that to fuel his own agenda. Although I do not doubt he wants to make good games, he's also a pretty sly [dark hold], who knows how to manipulate.
The video he posted during the annoucement of Mighty No. 9 just confirms it. Why? Because it's a nicely put propaganda movie.

"I want ot make games, good games, I like robots, you like robots, my dream, blah blah, look at me visiting all those places, look we are working on something... a game, for you... but give me all the monies you can plz so we can give you the best game evurr."

It simply disgusts me. Even if he wants to revive the spirit of Megaman or whatever, it's [tornado fang]ing obvious what he's doing here.

Besides, if I remember right, it was Inafune who went and got everyones hopes up with Legends 3, and then bailed the [tornado fang] out of Capcom, even before the prototype was completed.

And then he wanted to continue developing it for Capcom when it OH SO SURPRISINGLY got cancelled. But of course, because he was on bad terms with Capcom at that point, it was obvious they'll give him the middle finger.

My point is... Inafune is not the [tornado fang]ing savior of Megaman/whatever you make him out to be.

And by "you" I mean anybody who does, not generally everyone. Because I'm sure there those who don't do that.

not to say Capcom is a saint though, don't misunderstand here.

Sakura Leic

Yeah I do kind of agree that that seems to be what's going on here in terms of the money scheme here, I know that he definitely was counting on the whole 'Megaman is dead/Megaman revival mindset' of the fan base to get this thing funded.

And yeah Inafune should have stayed with Capcom if he wanted Megaman Legends 3 to be made since he was the one who was pushing it the most.

As I said before I just don't really care about Megaman anymore/got tired of him so that's not the reason I want this thing to succeed, I just think the game looks interesting and would like for it to be portable.  I just like the ideas and character concepts for the game.

But my question is since I would believe that the PS4 and Xbone stretch goal would definitely cost that much, what kind of stretch goals in between would have been better than DLC?

Inafune can only be a savior of Mega Man if he actually got rights to the franchise, which will never happen.

So yeah, he's no savior, but that's not to say I don't look forward to this game. I'm not hyped up, but I would like to play it. If I wasn't broke, I'd donate from when this was first announced. But there's no way in hell I'd pay for these other stretch goals.
