And what type would Team Skull Flair use? I'd imagine Ghost-type so there'd be some Duskull there?

I mean Duskull is basically all about skull flair.

No Marowaks and Cuebones are all about Skull Flair.

Lilycove is like the rich people city, it has an art museum, the highest ranking or the only Contest Hall depending on the version, a Hotel, and the Department store.

I'll stick them in a renovated warehouse, where they'll ride a service elevator to their utilitarian and drafty loft. Decent, affordable, but not as high-class as other luxury lofts, and a very far cry from the snooty neighborhoods.
