Well there are characters that are blatantly evil that appear at times in the games (Strega, maybe Nyarly.) But not all the time, just when the story commanded it.

Sure I have Zekrom after all, but we don't know all the possible attacks of your Pokemon. Especially Honedge.

I was thinking more along the lines, to make it fair, that I had already befriended Rayquaza sometime in the past but, due to him being a Legendary, let him roam free as before. But there's still a bond there, ya know?

Would that work? Then he wouldn't be in my team, per se.

As for Honedge's attacks, right now it's mostly just Swords Dance, Slash, and Be Used As Sword

And have fun with your interrogations. I don't have much more that I could add to Mewtwo's sniffly pity party, and Quickie was already questioned. At most, I might drag out another Jenny and Archie the techie to start going through the other discs and figure out how they're going to get into Mewtwo's computer.
