Might be tough since he's studying to be a Pokemon Doctor at the moment, and I did mention that he was studying for his exams.  Course you can retcon that if you want.

Figured as much, the reason I said that is that's literally what happens after the Sinnoh League and why he's not in Unova.  His younger brother Forrester is now the Pewter City Gym Leader.

I really have to remember to think of things to do with Wilypocalypse.

[spoiler]I'm thinking I'm actually just going to have Akai stay separate from Josei for the rest of the story instead of having them get back together, give her a chance to grow as her own character. And Josei's going to remain single, because if he's essentially me, he gets to be lonely too, and there's no point in creating another character just for the sake of being a Love Interest.[/spoiler]

As for RPM-Vengers:

[spoiler]Swallow is basically FemRobin, though instead of actually being based on any sort of character she's more like the annoying cheerleader type, though I'll try to actually have her be useful.
I might try to incorporate some of Magical DASH!Josei's characteristics into Batguy!Josei. If I can't think of anything he'll remain the one-dimensional 1960's style goofball batman.
Anyway, in terms of Batman Villans, Batguy's counterparts are:

Joker is "The Fool"
Penguin is "The Duck"
Poison Ivy is "Toxic Fern"
Mr. Freeze is "Moiseur Chilly"
Clock King is "Timepiece Emperor"
Mad Hatter is "Angry Capper"
Catwoman is "Felinelady"
Riddler is "Conundrum-er" Yeah that one sucks
Scarecrow is the "Spookraven".
Bane is... okay I've got nothing for Bane.
Killer Croc is "Murderous Gator"

I don't think I would include a Bane counterpart for BatSakura because I thought that part was a bit bullshit.  I mean he breaks Batman's back but he was able to recover but Barbara's was still [tornado fang]'d up until after the Batman is dead arc, that's just stupid to me.  I know it's a comic and it was different situations but come on man.

Unfortunately I don't have a name for my Riddler either.    

There's also Poison Oak who is old gender bent Poison Ivy/alternate Dr. Freeze but I have him raising orphans and he and Sarah are working together to cure his wife Laura from her disease.  

However as a result Snow Queen is much crueler than Poison Ivy.
