It would be best if Mewtwo didn't act as his own attorney. He's far too emotionally unstable to do so. Once the prosecution looks at him wrong, he'd blow up the courthouse and leave.

Well...I guess I could also include Hierophant and Ryuta.

Hierophant would crawl out of the rubble with nothing but bandages riddling his body because he comes from a land that deals worse than a psychic outburst.

Ryuta, on the other hand, could suffer worse, but would still be standing straight and unaffected because he's really a cyborg that carries explosives in his hands, has the capability of self-repair and organ-mending, and can take more than his fair share of explosive Pokemon attacks.
