What? o-O

Bon Jovi's Livin' on a Prayer.  Great song that I always sing to when I hear it.

If it's not my back slowing me down, it's got to be fatigue. Can't seem to finish my art trade, so that I can start with the contests I've entered.

Fatigue sucks.  It could also be an uncooperative muse.  I've been in a creative drought for a while, and beyond any quick sketches I haven't drawn or written anything of note.  It disguises itself as fatigue, but I'm not tired or achy, and when I sit down to draw, my muse runs off.

You need to study the classic cheese, young one! XD
Probably.

The thing I don't like about food poisoning, other than the fact I'm missing school, is that I'm tired and very unsure about when I'll be able to eat again.

The s stands for... EEEEEEVILLLL...

Or, sinister, take your pick. :P

In regards to food poisoning, take it slow.  You need to have time to recover.

Yeah, it still sucks though, this kind of [parasitic bomb] only happens to my brother not me.

Due to IBS, I'm a bit more susceptible to food poisoning, or at the very least generalized digestive upset.  Been dealing with some of that since Friday, actually.  My diet's been mostly crackers.

I have good news about the skin rash I was dealing with.  Changing my detergent did the trick.  It's starting to go away now.

Sakura Leic

I ate a bagel this morning, but I don't think I'll be able to keep it down for the whole day...

Did it have cream cheese on it?  If so, no more cream cheese.  Avoid dairy.  It's difficult to digest and it promotes mucous production.  Stick to plain bread to soak up stomach fluids, and fizzy drinks to settle things down.

I used butter.

That's a dairy product.  No more dairy, or if you must have some, only a very little bit.

Sakura Leic

Yeah it was only a little bit so hopefully I'll be okay.

Sip something fizzy to keep things settled.  If you've kept it down for an hour, you'll be fine.  Food leaves the stomach after about an hour.

Well it's been there for way more than that so I guess I'm in the clear?

Yeah, you should be fine, then.  Small meals throughout the day are better for stomach upset than three large ones.  Snack on some crackers here and there to keep your energy up, sip water and something fizzy to keep hydrated.  You don't want to get dehydrated, because spending time in the emergency room with IVs in both arms is not fun at all.

Rin

I was in hospital because of food poisoning and general stomach sickness so many times during my lifespan I've lost count.

I feel for ya Sakura.

Never gone to the ER before but I have gone to the school nurse for dehydration on earth day.  I missed seeing the Inconvenient Truth for what would have been my second or 3rd time.

Yeah. It does.

I think the earliest time it happened when I was in kindergarten.

What usually lands me in the hospital is bronchitis. :\

Linkara reviewed the Lavender Town arc of Pokemon Adventures.

Poor Arbok.  I don't think Nurse Joy can fix bisection.

Huh was looking through chuggaaconroy's Tvtropes page and found this entry in the Link's Awakening Funny page.

"Not so much in the video itself, but there's one guy in the comments section of this one who claims to have played the Zelda games since he was a kid... while saying at the same time that the hero's name is Zelda and not Link. And he keeps insisting that he's right."

....Wow. -AC
