Unfortunately places like deviantArt tends to have people with fetishes that completely distasteful and otherwise flatout unappealing compared to what NeKohaku posted earlier in the "This or That" thread, and they come up on of the simpliest searches for fan-art. I don't want to go the details...

There's no reason this place has to be any bit like that in any way.
Granted, he could've said something really gross like "Guro or Scat" but fetishes are really meant to be kept to ones self.
The fact that multiple people called him out on being a little too open with his lactation fetish in his art thread should've been reason enough for him to not bring it up again, or bring up fetishes again for that matter.
I for one don't like to tell people what I get off to because I don't feel comfortable telling people about it. There's a time and a place for talking about that kind of stuff, its not here.
