There's also rules against zero-content posts but I've seen many people do posts that consist of just an image or emoticons without any repercussions.

I feel that, for a long time now, the rules have been pretty lax. And often I feel like they've been applied with a certain double standard. Some people never had any consequences for rule breaks, others were banned after minor things. And... I'm not very OK with that.

I'm all for an update and for a more 'by the rules' play.

No, he shouldn't have done that so openly here, even if it is Ecchi Week. There's fine line between hentai and ecchi.
