Okay, things with that mod went smoothly. She realized that she was becoming overbearing, as another mod told her. I also gave her some advice and suggestions, and she agrees with asking a user if she's unsure on how to approach a situation. Also, letting minor things slide, she agreed that that's okay, along with having a window of when to address a problem. I tend to have an hour-to-two-hours window for when an act is committed and I see it. If it's not within that window, I ignore it, because it's no longer relevant.
I also said that a lenient (to a degree) moderator is a happy moderator with happy users, as they're not stressing out over every little thing.
