Also, don't forget to grab the Gracidea at the Berry Master's House at Route 123 in ORAS, or the Snowbelle City Pokemon Center in XY, with Shaymin in your party, so that you can get change Shaymin into its Sky Forme.

Global Link is going to shut down and change for Sun and Moon.

It has been confirmed that the Generation 6 Global Link will end its service as of late October 2016 to make adjustments ahead of the release of the Global Link in Sun & Moon. When this happens, all features using the Global Link such as Logging in, Game Sync, Returning items into the game and Rating Battle will go offline, though the GTS, Wonder Trade and Free Battle will remain online. As part of a Thank You campaign, from July 26th everything on the PokéMileage Club will be 50% and Ability Capsules will be re-added for 5,000 PokéMiles a piece.

It seemed like only yesterday I was already trading for starters and now I cannot do that anymore. That is life I suppose but it does tell me that I need to complete my Pokedex before October.

.......This has nothing to do with the 3DS Wi-Fi, you can still go about your business.  The Global Link is a completely different thing unrelated to that.

Also I never used my pokemiles. Ever.
Although granted I started new files on all my games except Y (which I don't even play) so it doesn't matter either way.

I have like 97,000 on my Global Link for AS, I can get almost 800 Rare Candies.

Considering there's a new Mechanic in Sun and Moon that requires your Pokemon to be at Level 100 to use it'll help.

Yea, with Super Training for EVs, and Hyper Training for IVs, Rare Candies are the rage for fast leveling up.

I know about Hyper Training but I didn't hear they removed regular Super Training or plain old EV Training?
