I just hope that it's more challenging.  I mean X and Y were okay but ORAS was too easy.

I still haven't gotten my regis, woo.

I think I'm holding off on Sun/Moon 'til I get confirmation that they're good, now that I've thought about it. I got burned on ORAS and I'm not letting that happen again.

I got mine through Pokemon Link and Mystery Gift.

There's still the choice of turning off the Exp. Share...

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

I really don't think that turning the EXP Share off makes the games harder. It just means it takes longer to get through the game. Waiting ≠ difficulty. Pokemon games have never been hard. They are made for small children, after all.

The one exception to this is the Red battle on Mount Silver in GSC.

You have not played DPPt or Gen 5.

I've played Pearl, White, and White 2. I didn't beat White 2, though...yet. I also didn't find those games hard. Pokemon games are about patience. If you have patience, you can coast through them with little problems.

Elesa is a nightmare, who knew flying electric squirrels could be so deadly.

Oh, yeah. I remember that [parasitic bomb]. It was annoying, but not super hard.

Sakura Leic

No the real [sonic slicer] was Lenora's Watchog, screw that thing.  I forgot because Lenora is not a gym leader in B2W2.

Ghetis' Hydregion is supposedly really bad, but I one shot it with my Mienshao.

Steep grinding curve can be considered as a fake difficulty, but still a difficulty nonetheless. Turning off the Exp. Share reverts ORAS to RSE steep grinding.

I think the answer may be turning it off or on depending on the circumstances to make sure I don't over level.  However I think the Gyms could use better strategies.  I remember Korrina and Valerie being kind of tough, and Viola actually had a good strategy, but everyone else weren't particular good.

I was toting a Psychic Type, so Korrina was a pushover.

I think I had some trouble due to using Aerodactyl, or maybe just because Hawlucha or Lucario was kind of a [sonic slicer] to me.

I also putzed around between each Gym and was massively overleveled by the time I got to them. 8D

I just want the gym leaders to have better strategies.

EDIT: So I decided to replace X-Wing the Fearow with Overdrive (Ostrich) the Doduo since I've always wanted to use a Doduo and Dodrios and Fearows being ridiculously similar while Dodrios get Tri Attack, so I can have something before I get Hyper Beam.

Leak??

It hasn't been confirmed so possibly fake and gay but anyways

If it's real, female protag is cute. Male is fuccboi. Hopefully customizable.

But i'm not taking it as legit yet

Strider Xhaiden

I think all of this is being discussed in the Gen VII topic.
My Twitch channel. Random streams during the week.

And it also seems to be most likely fake according to Kotaku, for various reasons.  Not to mention Serebii would have mentioned it so that's another flag that it's not real.

WHY IS THERE A SEPERATE GEN VII TOPIC

i give up every time i think i have news you guys get to it before me im just done ;_;

Sakura Leic

It's tradition to make a new Pokemon topic for each Gen, it's always been like that. :\

I understand the confusion since you haven't been here as long as almost everyone else.
