Once I get the Bank, I may start chain-breeding for Shinies.  I'll have the space to do so.  Though, would I be able to use the Bank in Wonder Trade, or would I have to have the Pokemon in the Box?

I also need to make a NNID.

Once you do I believe it locks the region in place, its either that or it does that when its linked to a Wii U.

That of course means you lose any other-region currency and the ability to access any other regional eShop but your own.

To the US its not a big deal since we have just one eShop accessible, its only a hazard for others who can access multiple eShops.

Well, I'm alternating between Laverre City and Route 14, since I always see it rain there.

It always rains in Cyllage for me.  Keep watch for cloudy skies; rain is sure to follow.

I have never seen it rain in Lumiose.  I find this weird.

Because Lumiose is too bright.

On a more in-game reason, it only rains in certain places.
Route 8, 14, 21, Ambrette, Couriway, Cyllage, Laverre and Kiloude.

With how flimsy those houses look (and who was the genius to build a house on a sandbar off the coast of Cyllage?), a hurricane would wipe the town right off the map.

But the houses are sturdier than they look.
Just look at those houses at Geosenge Town when the ultimate weapon activated.

They've got the structural strength of a motor home.  I've seen smaller ones topple like that and still be in relatively one piece.

Also, lol at Geosenge not bothering at all to rebuild.  "We got a big ol' sinkhole now!"

The only sky out of all those places where I can see the sky is Couriway... And it was blue.

Get into a random wild encounter and you can see the sky.  If it's all gray and cloudy, rain is soon to come.
