Gave my Snorlax the wrong Incense, gave him the Lax Incense instead of the Full Incense, to get Munchlax. Well now I know, but since this is a new generation and you can't trade back your Pokemon they couldn't change up the Breeding system so you'll always get the Pre-Evolved Forms.

I mean they retcon some of the Pokemon's Types like Togepi being a Fairy-Type now instead of a Normal Type so they could've made it so you always got Munchlax when you breed Snorlaxs... unless you can transfer Eggs over on the Pokemon Bank then that might cause some issues and why they keep it like that.


Oh! If they do (I mean, when they get around to) remake Ruby and Sapphire I hope the Hideout Houses come back, I really did like having my own secret place and decorate it and having other players come in to challenge my character and team.

They're called Secret Bases.

Also, you can buy like every Incense in Coumarine Town by the docks. And they only retconned types (which they did back in Gen2 to get more Steel and Dark types). That doesn't mean they'll retcon the method of getting Snorlax when you can buy the Full Incense in game. It's always been like this and there's literally no reason to change it.

I know which one it is, I said that because I was looking at which Incense to give to Snorlax at Serebii the other day and gave him the wrong one by mistake thinking it was Lax instead of Full.

I wasn't saying I forgot after you just said it.

Eevee is like 95% Male 5% female.

That's how it is for the starters as well, it really should be 50/50 though, no reason for it not to be.

I think it's so you can't have an army of Eeveelutions in the early game and to preserve the rareness of those species.  Not that I mind since I usually don't breed until post game with the only exception being the Houndoom that Mirb traded me and Smoochum in Soul Silver since Jynx can't naturally learn Psychic but Smoochum can if you delay the evolution about 4 levels.

But sheesh... that is dumb (5% for a Female Eevee), I can understand if you're searching for them in the wild but when it comes to breeding? Up the percentage a bit, I like to have a female Sylveon.

Anyway, Pokemon Origins is up in the US now I guess, well the first part at least (If somebody already mentioned this then disregard.)

I like how they didn't share the voice cast of characters with mainline anime counterparts. And the animation is silky smooth.

Also, [tornado fang] my 3DS, the thing pushed up against something and ejected the game and I lost my Black Trenchcoat.

25% for a female Abra.  One chain breeding landed me three females in a row.  I have a better chance of breeding females than I do finding them.

Also the markings.  I don't understand what they're for.  When I earmark Pokemon of trade, I give them a diamond marking, and a star for if they're infected with Pokerus.  Since I don't know the proper use, I make up my own meaning.

A lot of people, including myself, use them to keep track of Pokemon with max IVs.

Circle is 31 HP IVs.
Triangle is 31 Attack IVs.
Square is 31 Defense IVs.
Heart is 31 Sp. Atk IVs.
Star is 31 Sp. Def IVs.
Diamond is 31 Speed IVs.

I can understand rare since they're special Pokemon, but why should gender also be special in that case? Well it's like Calico cats... males are super rare in real life as well, but... sigh, guess I will continue to breed until I get a Female Eevee (wish there was an item to up the ratio of which gender of the Pokemon you want like with Natures and IVs).

Getting a Female Flareon, Vaporeon, Glaceon, Espeon, and Sylveon is going to take a while.
