In the English version, Ash got mad at Mewtwo for that. Mewtwo agreed to not wipe his or Misty and Brock's memory. He instead wiped the memories of Giovanni and the rest of Team Rocket.

Does anyone else NOT like the new design they are doing with the anime style for the new regions?

I always liked the anime design they had back when they started in Kanto. I always picture Mewtwo with that design as well as he was in Returns. But ever since the new anime design, Ash's design has changed so much, he almost looks even younger than before. Also since Dan Green won't be able to do any more English dubbing for the West, I can't really hear anyone else doing a good job. It's going to be completely different for me when this movie gets translated. I just don't know what to expect, since Mewtwo is my favorite out of all of them.

And for the record, I think Ash should have quite while he was ahead. I mean......
[spoiler]He even failed in the pokemon league 5 times in a row[/spoiler]
But I guess he has to stay in the anime, since he's apparently named after the creator of the series. Despite Ash being a mediocre trainer, rather than a master like Red is apparently.

As for the VA, yes Dan Green was awesome, but Mewtwo's had two other english VAs (well, one grown-up and one baby), and I haven't heard a bad one yet.  So, here's hoping.

I don't really care about Mewtwo, but I wish they didn't give him Unnerve for a hidden ability.  So many Pokemon have it for a hidden ability when they can have something better.

Really, the secret bases are really the only unique thing RSE have going for them anymore.
