It's pretty damn good, considering the budget. The Robot Masters followed their personalities from Powered Up, which is a nice touch. Blues kicks ass. The best casting by far is Wily though, no contest there.

Just finished watching it. And I must say that it was rather good. I liked the powered up personalities for the RM´s.
Guts Man was bad ass
Fire Man reminded me of Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid.
Dr. Wily was great (lol he has a computer "wife")
Blues punch...you heard it first
There were some things though that bugged me. But it was still enjoyable

What I only didnt like was it was too 'cheesy' they've gone overboard and Eddie chose worst actors for this one, his others short movies/films are masterpieces. Only Wily, Fire Man and Blues quite fit IMO. But Yellow Devil was awasome . Soundtrack was good enough too. But I excepted more from Eddie.

Is it just me, or Was Light trippin when he made such an overpowered robot?
I can tell Blues pawnch is going to be the next big meme now.

Jesus, Wily. He really steals the show there. Emmy material for sure. Unfortunately, I didnt quite like Light's acting. The guy who plays him is perfect, no doubt, the look is fine, but.. His acting isnt so great. He comes off very monotonous... and actually, at some times, seems a bit of a dick.
But then again, Dr. Light is a douche, so it fits!

Rock and Roll. Very good acting both of them. Roll is uber adorable.
I loved that line, "Does my hair look fake?"

And Then the RM's. great acting all of them. They followed the Iceman thing from PU, which was interesting, and at least they made Elecman awesome, and not the flaming uber ghey he was in PU. Actually reminds me of Ariga Elecman actually.

Im really surprised they didnt add the flame on Fireman's head though! That was all it was missing! I mean, he had it when he was activated, yet never again after...

As for Cutman... Its funny how Light made them human like so that people would be more... "comfortable" around the,. And yet... Cutman is the SCARIEST looking mofo ive ever seen. I mean really. He has RED PUPILS. Id be pretty scared of him.

But yeah. very great film. Copy Megaman could have used more screentime IMO though...

Im really gonna see if I can make the screening...

I gave it a try. I was actually fairly impressed. Fights and graphics aside, the movie did really well in the character development department, considering the source material. I think they really brought the characters to life. Most of the changes to the scenario were also within acceptable margins. The acting was pretty good as well for a no budget production.

It sort of falls apart at the end though. The super teleporter upgrade was lame, and the kidnap plot was kinda weird. Should have went with Item-2 since they were mixing games anyway. Most of the battles were pretty dull and lifeless. The robots using punches and kicks was pretty stupid too. It needed more of a gun fight feel.

All in all though, it was better than I thought it would be.

Yeah... whenever something looked bad, I visualized that box art and thought, "It works within that context..." or something... I don't know. There was one thing that it was missing though... and it is... GUTSMAN'S ASS!

THAT'S how a Wily should be.

Also, kudos to Blues.
That punch sure taught Elec Man a lesson.

Overall, this movie has met my expectations, and then some.

What i found the movie lacked in some places actually- was sound effects. some points felt like they forgot to put sound effects in. mainly for example, when its VS Yellow Devil and hes squishing Megaman, theres no SFX there. It could have used some.

But really. Dave Maulbeck/Wily...
