Someone on Schwer and Schwer Alike posted a damage data chart for Freudenstachel, so you can identify bosses' weaknesses. The only question that remains is which of the eight girls is the easiest to defeat with only Freudenstachel.

For anyone looking for a challenge, there's a new version of RKSF that depletes your starting Health to one point, and you can't increase it in any way. Checkpoints and 1UPS are much less scarce, though.

A new post on the erka:es site is showing screens of a very early build of the original game, showing a different logo. The screens posted are so incredibly tiny I can't make out what's featured.

There's also a Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel [Я05] disc containing the development history of Freudenstachel. From what I hear it will be distributed along with copies of the two games at the next Comiket. So of anyone's going this August, make sure you pick up a disc.

So it has been two years since anything has been reported on this thread and things has been very hush-hush. Well I got some fantastic news for RosenkreuzStilette fans. It has been a long time since the announcement of the English voice-over project by TDOMMX, but at long last, the official English localization of RKS and RKSF is finally coming to fruition but they need our help. Darksquid Media (it's Darkside Translations, the same folks behind the fan-translation of RosenkreuzStilette) has opened up a Prefundia to fund the project and they need $11,200 USD for recording, translation, and provide physical copies of the games. There's more: stretch goals include a translated version RosenkreuzStilette Freudenstachel Я05 artbook, 8-bit arrangements of the series' music by Mathew Valente of Chrono Resurrection fame, Limited Edition physical copies, help give the voice-actors who helped lend their talents voicing the RosenkreuzStilette series something extra for their work, and fully-voiced dialogue! And who are the actors do we owe our thanks to lending Darksquid Media a hand?
