Well SOPA and PIPA have been shelved indefinitely. They aren't a danger anymore (for the time being).

We need to worry about ACTA (because it's international) and PCIPA (because it's a front for something even more invasive than SOPA and PIPA ever were).

ACTA is dangerous not only because it's international. Its creation broke every rule of the so-called democracy, and it'll touch every aspect of your life, not only internets.
For example: if pharmaceutical companies will ban generic drugs, and the only option will be the expensive option, lots of poorer people will be pretty much sentenced to death. The same applies to food and everything else. Maybe it's an exaggeration, and I really hope so. Anyway, with ACTA rich companies have more power than governments. Pretty scary [parasitic bomb], if you ask me.

Rarity and quality? I could say the same for The Art of Yasushi Suzuki artbook I got for Christmas (the book goes for $80-100 now, yet back around 2006/2007, it was originally priced around $27). Though if you want to see a strategy for a game that will cost you an arm and a leg, check out the Official Bayonetta Strategy Guide (read as: As soon as I found this guide at Amazon, and its price tag from what previous customers are saying back then and what it is now, my mind litteraly exploded).

This often makes me scratch my head as to why most TCGs die off within a month stateside.. Reasons that most kids won't be as adjusted to the gameplay, but I've seen card games based off of U.S. properties with shittier rules last longer. This also probably infuriates the collectors who want the cards just for show, as such I tend to dodge TCGs that uses stock art and screenshots, as while the game may be fun in a way, but passes off as kind of lazy.

... Or kids can be easily manipulated brats that are constantly spoiled by the big cheese which gives almost little to no point than to have small companies grow within the U.S.

Also, if anyone cares, the US site of Battle Spirits is still up, even if the game's short-lived.
