Currently, there's a single exception. But, yeah, legendaries usually fill in the bottom slots of a region's pokedex.

They also can't breed, which is why I strongly believe that Manaphy IS NOT a legendary.

I think it's probably the reason WHY they are nicknamed Event'mon. One of two reasons:

A) If it's obtained at a special event, such as Zoark (VIA Shiny Dogs) or Manaphy

or

B) If it's a pokemon that existed only to create to what's IN that universe already, and part of the plot.

Manaphy is an exception though, considering that you'll NEVER get a Manaphy egg, just Phione ones, there's no reason for her to not be a legendary. Phione is the pseudo-legendary if anything.

I think there's a spray with a narrow nozzle you can use but I think it's only for cleaning the dust in between the keys.

It's probably because, by at that point you'd have the pokemon that can wipe the floor with 3/4ths of the teams of the Elite 4, and you've gathered enough items and you out-leveled most of the enemy pokemon to boot. Sinnoh's an entirely diffrent case there.

The Johto E4 is like at least 10 levels lower than the Sinnoh E4, what's there to not understand?

Not to mention if you've played Red/Blue/Yellow or Fire Red/Leaf Green you've already fought 3 of them before and know how to deal with them. Plus the game is only half over when you beat them anyway.

I'll have to wait until my dad retires to his room to sleep and use his laptop.

The speakers on the computer I'm using now don't work since I had to restart my computer due to a virus attack and I don't have the disk or program to make it work and even if I did the speakers are a little damaged and it's hard to make them work with headphones or the normal way. Plus since I'm going to get a laptop before college starts I don't see the point of getting new speakers for this computer since, well this computer is old and kinda sucks.
