I learned that I'm sick of these stupid puppies thinking the house is their toilet, and my Mom, who's the official owner of them, not doing anything.

Also, I have a quick question, but I don't really think it warrants a PM, so I'll just ask here and see what I get. It's about the Forum Games.

I realize that if a thread is over a month old, all posts afterwards are considered Necroposts, unless the poster provides some important content or information. However, in a forum game such as "Rate the above user's avatar" or something along those lines, if it dies out, you can't really provide important content worthy of a bump or post. So I was wondering, why not lock the old thread and introduce a new one?
