What Anime are you Currently Watching?

Let's see. I've rewatched Full Metal Panic and am starting to go through Fumoffu again. Almost done with the HotD dub. Started watching the dub for Clannad After Story. I think Sanae's voice actress changed, and for the worse. Also checking out Infinite Stratos.

I guess I was wrong after about Sanae in After Story. Same actress still. Her voice just sounded off in the first two episodes. It got better in the third. HOTD is done. I've also watched the OVA. Good lord, that OVA. It's [tornado fang]ing nuts. Finished Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka not too long ago. Yay incest! Or is it? The subs weren't exactly clear on that.

I've also been watching Birdy the Mighty: Decode this week, trying to finish it before it expires from Hulu. It's very good, much better than I was expecting. Considering what the main character wears, the show has quite a lot of taste. Sex appeal is most of the time an afterthought.

I'm also going to take a look at Angel Beats dubbed and the simulcast of Tiger and Bunny. And though it's not exactly anime, the new Voltron cartoon is tonight. I'm genuinely curious about that.

Re-watched Death Note. Almost forgot how [tornado fang]ing brilliant it was. I used to really hate Near when i first saw him because he "replaced" L, but he's not too bad. He deducted Kira's identity WAY too quickly though. I never got that.

Oh, Baka Test! That's a pretty fun show, in fact I'm currently watching the second season.

It hasn't been quite as good as the first one and the OVA so far, but it's starting to look up a little and there's still 8 episodes to go so we'll see.

Like Archer said, its not as good as the first season yet. I haven't been able to watch the OVA yet, so if anybody can point me to it I'd be much obliged.

FFFpeeps? You should probably get around to it before you get to the second season's fifth episode, since things that happened in the OVA have to do with that episode's plot.

As of now, i'm sorta just skipping around different shows. I've mainly been watching Hanasaku Iroha, which isn't too bad. It's not original by any means, but it's fairly well constructed in story and character development. Some of the "surprise" plot points can be spotted a mile away and sometimes drags on for too long. I do enjoy watching it in general nonetheless.

Episode 37 of Rockman EXE Axess was finally subbed and released earlier this month, so I watched that.

But aside from that... no anime right now.

Watching the dub of Demon King Daimao. It has some problems. The script is weird at times, not just poor wording but grammatical errors once in a while. I've heard a few occasions where Akuto's full name was spoken last name first. It's got pronunciation problems too, but what else is new for Sentai Filmworks? I swear, whenever there's an e, they never get the word right. In this show for example, instead of Eiko, they say it like Aiko. But the biggest blemish is Kena's voice actress. She's flat out terrible. Horribly miscast for the role, and it almost sounds like English wasn't her first language. It reminds me too much of Bible Black's dub. And not in a good way. It's a shame, cause the rest of the dub is very good so far.

Also just finished Angel Beats. It was really good. You can tell it was shorter than it was planned to be, but unlike most 13 episode anime, the pacing felt right. The ending didn't feel rushed at all.

And I'm watching Maria Holic Alive. It is [tornado fang]ing hilarious, just like the first series. I could really use a rewatch of the first series, though, cause everything in the second overlaps with the first.
