It's just as good as I first saw it, pantsu and all.
Plus oh god at few certain scenes in ep7... ~o~

Started watching Ghost in the Shell - STAND ALONE COMPLEX since my replacement DVD set from Archonia arrived on monday.

However, I seem to have really bad luck right now, because there's another freak error. For whatever reason, the second disc does NOT have Japanese 2.0 sound (I looked a bit around the internet, and haven't discovered any other cases of this happening). And since I don't have a 5.1 system, I had no way of watching it in Japanese on my television, thus forcing me to watch it dubbed. I mean the dub isn't bad or anything, it's a good dub actually, but it still freaks me out. I checked all other DVDs of the set and they are fine.

So Kampfer is only 12 episodes long, huh? That's a bit of a letdown. The show just ends with a lot of unfinished business. Well, that and a gag episode 12 which while funny, doesn't fill the void.

I've also finished watching He is my Master, which is also only 12 episodes long and also leaves me wanting more. But at least everything's kinda resolved at the end of this.

I agree with you on He is my master, though it could have gone on longer if it kinda ditched the whole "contest" thing, which got stale in the final episode. I also say that the biggest question I have after finishing this is how the hell can Sakura control minds, summon both a gun and sword, and give out Kampfer bracelets, and make animals talk too. Oh and the resolution to the whole moderator thing? No one wins since the battle really does not have a victor?
I prefer They are my Noble Masters over He is my Master on the whole animes with "master" in thier name.
And one more thing I find odd is both of us watching the same two animes.....

Ep12 is just a gag episode with no relation to the previous episodes.
