Unchained X is decent so far, not like there's much to expect out of a mobile game.

[spoiler]While Retsupurae might fall into that category I don't think they are much of a problem compared to the other hacks out there, especially since the videos they riff on are really terrible, don't have a lot of views, and don't have a lot of effort put into them.  So they may actually be helping the videos they riff unintentionally despite making fun of them since their videos get more view, though they may get an insurge of comments making fun of them too.  The other people are stealing though and riding off the coat tails of more successful Youtubers.

Not to mention this problem affects game trailers, cartoons and anime too, every time you search for something like that there's about 5 react videos on the first page.  So yeah it's becoming a huge problem now.[/spoiler]

So it seems that Birth By Sleep Volume 2 really did get reworked into this KH3 prologue demo and there's actual gameplay involved. A Ground Zeroes / Episode Duscae situation as we all speculated.

I almost want to say that this can't possibly be the case since that would be the logical thing to do narrative wise and thus make too much sense.

But yeah I hope that's what it is.

The real surprise for me is that KHUnch Back Cover is going to be a movie using the KH3 engine!

I honestly thought it was gonna be a nice visual novel with beautiful images and voices, but nope! a movie!

I like that!

I know right, it's especially bad since Aerith got some of her old sass back too, and the Voice Actress ruins it.

As someone said it's like she did the voice acting while she was on a Skype call while recording that.

You know what the sad thing is?  The game is actually good and is considered a cult classic, but no one knows that because everyone only ever mentions the terrible voice acting.  I mean I've never played it but I find it sad.

I think the rumor is that the guy in charge of the localization didn't want to shell out the extra money for proper actors so he had his family do it, particularly since the 'actors' all have the same last name......

I feel the same about Trouble Witches NEO! and Castle of Shikigami II since they're cult classic shoot 'em ups (Castle of Shikigami III at least got a kind of better dub than II). I'm not sure who to blame though for Trouble Witches NEO! being an Engrish trainwreck, SNK or Active Gaming Media (at least Grolla from Rosenkreuzstilette and Elma from Chantelise were in the Japanese cast). It's almost like Resident Evil all over again.

This is why a dub should never be done by a small enough localization company that they had to hire their own family members and friends.
At least it's dual-audio, but that still leaves the bad / literal text translations (and completely [tornado fang]ing up character names for things like Shadow Hearts they could've easily googled to check).

On topic I honestly can't get into the KH3 design... I don't know if it's the lightning or something but while it's impressive and beautiful it doesn't look like a KH with that "darkish" hue on the models. Well the gameplay is amazing and I will enjoy the game when it comes out, but I do think KH2 is still the best looking KH game out there and KH3 is below that graphic-wise for me.

KH3 is still in development, we'll see how it looks in the end.

Back Cover actually looks a bit more complete, in terms of lighting. That being said, KH3 can't be below KH2 when it's factually superior on a technical level.
