Looked up "megaman" on Minitokyo. I'll have to text-link these since I don't know if the site allows hotlinking, and if I upload them to Photobucket they'll be squashed down (these images are HUGE)

White-haired, white-eyed Roll Caskett and Tron Bonne, drawn by Kousuke Fujishima (aka the author/artist of Ah! My Goddess). I get the feeling that 1) that's the same character dressed as Roll and Tron, and 2) these are not official.

The Glide Armor scan is definitely portugese, though Im pretty interested in that image. Could it be magazine made? Probably, it looks pretty good though.

Why are Heartless, Craft and Dubius there?   Granted Craft is a [Bumpity-Boom!] and Heartless is King's "right hand woman" but Dubius shouldn't be there.  Either way it's awesome.

Because at one point, they were all villains in either the games or anime. That version of Tom/Utagai is his Cygnus-possessed anime self from Episode...26-ish..., as alluded to by the hat and trenchcoat. Kraft was initially Zero's adversary, and you explained Heartless yourself. Going along your line of thinking, then others like Yuriko and Tesla also wouldn't necessarily belong either, as they eventually sided with good in one form or the other.

More than anything, my one glaring question would be: Where's Vile? I'm glad some lesser-loved X guys are in there, but really? He deserved a fedora and hard liquor.

It's N-Man and one of those Neo-Mavericks implied to be one of the Six before the Six were revealed to look nothing like the Neo-Mavericks from #1 (Novas Aventuras de Megaman).

Art itself is from 1998; the guy next to X (Megaman Z) is the artist's character.
