Both are by Nokia; I'm not sure if the second pic (screencapped; it was a readme) has anything to do with Megaman beyond Nokia mentioning him in the intro text (not included).

It often irks me when artists mix characters like that. Its supposed to be a classic peice, but he gave Megaman X's design.

Or like that other X series one that has Bass and Wily in it.

Makes me feel like they dont really know the characters much and just assume X is Mega Man.

How do you know they aren't all X characters?

"Rush" looks a lot like Zero. Could be that they are all X characters and they just look like classic characters that look like X character designs.
