I really don't get annoyed when people refer to me using 'he'.

Its just when people call me 'Sir' that gets under my skin a bit, tempted to tell people my name isn't Sir.

Then again I hate it when people call me by my name like they're familiar with me just because they read my nametag. Its creepy.

I don't mind when people refer to me as "he," but it drives me nuts when others feel the need to correct the person, and then they look at me as if I need to prove that I don't have a dick.

I'll just tell people to use "they," as it covers all the bases.
