Usopp actually the easiest to draw out of the bunch, Luffy and Zoro are the problematic one.

Yeah Nami is hard, Robin is even worse. It's just so hard to draw Robin face (the nose is killer).

I really, REALLY feel your pain. Everytime I try to draw Luffy he ends up looking like an insane serial killer...I blame the scar and the eyes.

Just make him smile and close his eyes and he won't be a serial killer.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the smile. IT MAKES IT WORSE!

Maybe serial killer wasn't the correct wording, but I couldn't find a better one. The point is he looks insane and has a murderous face.
