I haven't thought of it yet, but it has to be 5 seconds long.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Scott McNeil was Protoman and Wily (probably more), and Ian was Megaman. 

I'd be happy with both, although I like Scott more due to his Rattrap & Silverbolt work on Beast Wars.
