Also, I just found out Rockman Scramble Battle was in fact supposed to be the first M-rated Rockman game. In it, Dr. Light sends Rock to fight the evil cable company that scrambles out all the adult channels from the Light household. In a shocking twist, the company is owned by Dr. Wily. Jim Carrey was going to lend his voice acting skills to one of the Robot Masters, Cable Man. But after he turned Capcom down, the project was nixed.
