Another source say that the games that shows up are Prope titles, so it's a good guess that Yuji Naka will announce a new game, and hopefully Sega is gonna give "Sonic the Hedgehog" back to him. It's pretty unlikely, but it would be fun it if was true.
Personally, I don't think even Naka himself is interested in Sonic at the moment.
The reason he left Sonic behind, was because he wanted to be able to do other things, besides working on Sonic games for the rest of his life. I mean, face it, a few years ago, he WAS in a very lucrative position: he was the head of Sonic Team, the man with the main say-so with the franchise, and he also had a great deal of seniority in the Sega brass. Yet, he wanted to give that up and get his own studio (which is still under Sega pay-roll), because he wanted to do new things.
While I don't exactly agree with all of his ideals (I CERTAINLY don't approve of all his actions back in the day, like how he was all diva in order to get what he wanted, and forced good people out), I can at least state that much is admirable about him.
Now, if only he could actually be responsible for an A+ game again...
I'll say what I said elsewhere for the laughs:
Marvelous Clock: Joint Nintendo project; Link's Awakening/A Link To The Past Remake or new 2D Zelda II with hand drawn sprites courtesy of Vanillaware.
That would be all kinds of sexy, even as much as I would doubt such a thing could ever happen.
