Well I just played a bit of X5 yesterday. I really wasn't aware that X could duck. Course that fact still won't help you're RMs since reploids were the first androids who could actually duck. Anyhoo, enough of that nonesense.

Met Shield...is it just me, or have I heard/seen that in a megaman game before?

You could get the Met's helmet and use it as a shield by beating a Met with the Z Knuckle in Z4. =P
