The Mana-Verse

[Sapphire Knight]

Shuu crossed his arms, having stepped aside when Calien entered. He cleared his throat. "Well, I guess you know that you have the shard absorbed into you... It must have a LOT of power, since you were out cold adjusting to it for a week." He said, turning to face Aya again.

[Blue Valkyrie]

"Nothing like this has ever happened to a guardian so I guess I shouldn't be surprised--I don't really feel any stronger though." Aya Shrugged. "Well I can feel alot of Earth Mana in my body but thats it."

[Phi]

Pema walked inside with two bags hanging on each arm, and a fifth bag dangling around Salem, who was hovering next to her.

"I come bearing goodies!" Pema cheered and lifted her arms.

"I still think five bags is a little too excessive." Salem stated.

She shook her head. "Oh, Salem. There comes a time in everyone's life where no amount of food is excessive! Besides, since everyone is here, we can all eat these together!"

Salem noticed how happy Pema looked, especially at that moment, then conceded. "Yeah, point taken."

She skipped over to Aya's bedside. "Umm, these are for you, Ms. Aya. I didn't know which kinds of pastries you liked, so I bought a whole bunch of tasty treats! I hope you're feeling better."

Salem floated to Pema, and she grabbed the fifth bag from around him, placing it on the table next to her.

[Sapphire Knight]

"Sounds like you had fun shopping for treats." Shuu said, grinning a little at Pema.

[Sakura Leic]

"I was starting to get hungry myself." Calien said as he helped himself with a pastry.

"Thank you Pema-they look delicious. I haven't had sweets--in what a thousand years now?" Aya jokes as she bites into a chocolate filled croissant.

[Phi]

"Sounds like you had fun shopping for treats." Shuu said, grinning a little at Pema.

"Mm-hm, I sure did!" Pema smiled and handed a cupcake to Shuu. "Here you go, Mr. Shuu."

She then lifted one of the bags. "Welcome, one and all, come and get it! We got doughnuts, we got crossiants, crullers, cupcakes, pies, empanadas, we have so many delicious treats, it'll make your head spin!"

Salem chuckled. "I, for one, nominate Pema for Vice President of this fine bakery establishment."

"Cast your votes!" She winked.

[Quickman]

((Aya forgot she wasn't wearing anything of note under the sheet and flashed Shuu by mistake when she sat up, everyone showed up to visit Aya and Pema brought food!  ))

[Sakura Leic]

(Not much.  Pema came in with tons of sweets, Prof, Sakura and Sapph didn't see the Daemon Lord off screen because he was gone, and Calien has been sick.  Sakura has also been Weapon's shopping and should be back soon.)

((Aya forgot she wasn't wearing anything of note under the sheet and flashed Shuu by mistake when she sat up, everyone showed up to visit Aya and Pema brought food!  ))

"Mm-hm, I sure did!" Pema smiled and handed a cupcake to Shuu. "Here you go, Mr. Shuu."

She then lifted one of the bags. "Welcome, one and all, come and get it! We got doughnuts, we got crossiants, crullers, cupcakes, pies, empanadas, we have so many delicious treats, it'll make your head spin!"

Salem chuckled. "I, for one, nominate Pema for Vice President of this fine bakery establishment."

"Cast your votes!" She winked.

Shuu smirks and sniffed the cupcake, picking up the light, sweet aroma of the frosting. "It smells wonderful." He said, taking a bite and chewing slowly. "You have an eye for picking out the good stuff. And please don't call me 'Mr', it makes me feel old."

((Aya clothing malfunction is best malfunction? ))

((And Shuu is gonna get lots of flashbacks, maybe making this face: ))

The Professor had used the distraction to go off and get Aya some proper clothing.  Returning, he handed her a folded pile of clothes.  "When, when you're feeling up to it, I've, I've, I've fetched you some clothing."

Aya smiles at the Professor "Thank you-I nearly got up without thinking before." Aya coughs awkwardly

At Aya's mention of almost getting up, Shuu turned and looked away, blushing.

[Phi]

Pema took a bite from her cupcake and noticed Shuu's face. "Huh, why is your face all red?"

She said while chewing, looking between Aya and Shuu.

[Sakura Leic]

Calien looked at both of them and the fact that the Prof brought clothes putting two and two together.

"I think it best we don't know." Calien sighed.

"Daddy are you in here?" Sakura asked from the other side of the door.

"Yes." Calien coughed a bit "Aya's finally awake."

"Ah perfect timing." Sakura said as she came inside with a bag of swords.

"Sakura please tell me that you didn't buy all those swords." Calien gulped.

"Nah don't worry, I just had a hard time deciding what to get Aya and Me that the shop keeper let me bring some samples to choose from." Sakura shook her head "They're fake, but once me and Aya choose what we want I can go back and get the real ones later."

"Oh that's a relief." Calien sighed in relief as he took a cruller and Sakura laid out the fake swords.

[Blue Valkyrie]

*Aya glanced between the swords* "Hmm this one maybe?" Aya points to a blade with a wide triangular blade that looks about the same weight as her old weapon

[Sakura Leic]

"Seems like a good one to me." Calien said as he took a look at the fake sword.

"Hey Daddy's what's in those bags?" Sakura asked.

"Some pastries, you should try one." Calien coughed again.

"Okay." Sakura nodded as she tried a fruit pie "Mmm it tastes yummy."

"Glad you like it." Calien smiled.

[Sapphire Knight]

"It would probably be wise for you to choose a sword as well, Gonsol." Susanoo's voice spoke up, coming from a pocket that his tablet was in. "We may not always be available to assist."

"Yeah... That's probably a good idea..." Shuu said, looking at the sample swords Sakura brought.

[Quickman]

"Perhaps... p-perhaps we should give her some space... and privacy.  Might, might I, might I suggest we leave the room for a bit?" The Professor suggested helpfully, wanting to prevent Aya from getting overwhelmed.

"Right that'd probably be for the best." Calien coughed as he got up "Let us know when you're done changing."

Shuu was quick to take his attention away from the fake swords and leave the room after the suggestion to do so was made.
