"Alright these maps should be usefull, once we all recover we need to head to the temple; has it been in use at all or are the old defenses still up?" Aya inquires looking back at the old temple.

((Not even going to describe how stressful getting my internet has been, So all I shall say is I'm back.))

"There's been investigations into the temple, but the general populace isn't allowed to go up there," Fxeni replied. "Only small teams go up, and it's usually the highly trained individuals that do so."

Hellhoud continued on his way trough Heimdall, leaving a fist-sized, bright red fireball every several steps.

[Blue Valkyrie]

"Hmm--I have a feeling our visit will be interesting, if the shard fell in there I can't imagine how it's power will warp time and space within the temple grounds." Aya turns back towards the town, it would be to dangerous to go up there now; the full party will be needed.

[Dr. Wily II]

(I take it you have something fun planned for the temple run?)

(It's totally going to to turn into a Zelda dungeon even though that wouldn't even make any remote sense for it to happen.  Good thing we have lots of 'Dungeon Items'!

Nah that's probably not going to happen.)

(Not that we really need it since Sakura and Calien's eyes function as one.  But if someone else needs to see the unseen we do have it. 

There's also some other inventory items I haven't exactly utilized yet either.)

((There is going to be some time and space twisting to make it a little dungeon-esq yeah.

(I don't have anything else for Toshi to do right now. She'll be switching back to her regular costume, when things warm up again.)

(I've been kind of lazy but I'll post when my tablet stops acting stupid.  Also want to know if PB is ready to take Riagan again like Quickie was asking.)

(Nothing else for Pema to do.)

((Prof's being cuddled and Riagan is drinking tea.  I've got nothing.))

[Shuu's still asleep and Hellhound's scattering fireballs to thaw out Heimdall. Though, Susanoo is sitting around doing nothing if anyone needs exposition on Shuu, Hellhound, or daemons in general.]

(Eh I think I can work with that.)

After Calien gave Sakura the recipe and instructions on how to make the soup she wanted to make she left the room to start gathering the ingredients.  Calien  then decided lie down on the floor to relax from the strain he put himself through but decided not to take a nap.

"So Susanoo, do you happen to know why Hellhound suddenly shrunk?" He asked.

[Sapphire Knight]

Susanoo nodded in response to Calien's question. "He sealed himself. It is an ability that those you call 'greater daemons' and 'daemon lordes' have so that they may travel more discreetly." He explained, tail swishing. "In doing so, they revert themselves to how they were in their weaker mature form."

[Blue Valkyrie]

((So I think I'll hold off pressing the story forward till monday, this week leading up to and mother's day it's self is a really nasty stretch of work days for me and I'm already pretty exhausted.

Does anyone mind waiting till then? Filler can keep everyone busy in the mean time.))

(Nope, don't mind at all.)

((Yeah, I can wait.  Been busy this weekend anyway.))

The next morning Aya brings the party members able to travel again to the foot of the mountain, as the path begins to ascend Aya stops and turns to the group.

"The shard is here, or rather at the peak of this mountain; the temple of the gods."

[Fxeni]

"Figures... that place was troublesome enough as it is without the influence of the shard," Fxeni said as he looked up at the temple.

[Sakura Leic]

"Why, what's so bad about a Temple?" Sakura asked innocently.

".....You really shouldn't ask that." Calien sighed.

[Blue Valkyrie]

"The temple was the testing ground for Mar's attempts to open chaos rifts back in my time, my brother and I closed the rift and the empire sealed off the temple--with the shard there now I dare not guess what lurks inside and what it's done the grounds them selves."
