A thong... with a rabbit tail. And knowing the location of the coccyx, and how it would be shaped to be a vestigial tail enough to create the rabbit tail (unless it's a small growth of flesh with a ton of poofy hair), then the thong would be problematic. It'd be problematic with a fleshy tail, too.
Thongs ride up the crack and at the top of the crack is the relative location of your coccyx. You can feel a nodule there. For a bipedal being with a tail, that nodule would be where the tail would attach to the body, so as not to impede bipedalism by getting in the way of the glutes that form your butt.
Thus, I have no idea how Toshi's thong would work, unless there was a hole cut out the back through which she threads her tail.
