He offers you free Navis, who might or might not be, reused in design. And if you already have a regular earth Navi? Don't worry, the new one will be saved over the old one, destroying its data completely.

You also get an excellent "Dimensional Chip" , which comes with no additional costs. It allows your Navi to materialize in human world, without the outdated "Dimensional Area".

Depends, if sacrficing the game would be considered a crime, or justice. If its the former, go ahead. If its the latter, then go find something more valuable to the general human populace.
