Sonic:
Probably Live and Learn. Everything else is either too serious or gimmicky so that it fits with its game.

Shadow:
I Am All of Me worked very well. Though he needs that "upgrade" I was talking about earlier, and he'd need a new, more sagely theme.

Robotnik:
E.G.G.M.A.N. Because nothing says "I'm pimp" like having a master plan.

Amy Rose:
My Sweet Passion. Fits her...uh...personality. Perfectly.

Excuse me, but lack of Sonic Boom or You Can Do Anything from Sonic CD US & JPN is downright inexcusable!

Yeah, I thought that was odd, too. Flame only listed new songs.

Old songs, yeah, Sonic Boom is spot on.
And Robotnik is well represented with the Sonic 2 GEN Boss Theme.

Sonic 2 boss them will ALWAYS represent Eggman. I mean lyric'd music though. its not just the music that counts, but if the lyrics fit the character as well.

Two things. First off Sonic Boom is Sonic period. Runners up are Endless Possibility & His World (strangely enough, it works and grows on a person well). Secondly:

I had to think about those:

Sonic 1 Boss:
~Ehh, too slow. Sure, it's menacing, but let's face it, Robotnik hasn't been that menacing in a long time. Also has a nice "evil genius" touch to it, but Sonic 2 Boss does a better job of matching the "crazy" part of it.

Sonic 3/Knuckles Boss:
~Now while I have heard some pretty sick remixes of this song, the original just has a bit too much echo and lasts a bit too long. Robotnik's a "HERE AND NOW" kinda guy.

try to imagine it on a modern Sonic game as either

A. Final Boss
or
B. Eggman's theme.

Sure sounds like it. Of course it's "And I'll say" backwards.

Yeah, the Sonic 2 Final Boss might also work...

Sonic - The theme from Sonic 1 and Sonic 2. Can't beat that one. Damn Dreams Come True hogging it.
Shadow - Waking Up. "I Am" was garbage and so were the other themes from that game.
Eggman - The one he's been using in Sonic 06 and Sonic Unleashed. No objections to Sonic 2 Boss music.
Amy - Needs to go back to Rosey the Rascal style first. This super fangirl angle is really annoying.

I really Beg to differ. I rather liked the soundtrack of the game. I Am might not quite suit the current neutral shadow, who has pretty much said "screw it, the past is past and let it stay that way." it fits ShadowTHH Shadow, But honestly, id have to go with This machine... either that or All hail shadow.
for eggman, I dont really like his 06 theme... too epic for a villain who usually isnt that epic... it fits more with the 06 redesigned eggman, but E.G.G.M.A.N. overall fits him best...
on that note, which design do you guys prefer for ol'  Eggy?
his nifty more realistic 06' look, or his Usual look thats been used since SA?

Live And Learn.  The fact that it was chosen for Sonic's Brawl announcement was my wet dream.
However, I have to give an honorable mention to the instrumental version of "It Doesn't Matter" from SA1.
And a boot to the head for Flame not mentioning it.  *THWAKK!*

And, so far as boss themes, the S&K Act 1 boss and STH3 final boss are my personal favorites.
