Trak walked over to Twoey, who was hunched over the trash can. She patted his back and handed him a bottle of water, which he immediately drank from. After a while, he looked up. "Sorry I couldn't be much help. There's a lot of stuff I really don't want to talk about... The brain surgery wasn't as bad, I can talk about that, but... the... other stuff..." He took another drink of water.

"It's okay," Trak assured him. She looked to Sakura. "When I caught him, Wulfric said he was about three years old. But, he was going by how Twoey looked. When he was dumped in the Pokemon Village, he was malnourished and skinny."

"Yeah I can understand that." Sakura nodded "Maybe I can talk to that [sonic slicer] about what she knows about Team Flare, maybe Team Rocket shared the information about the Mewtwo project with them."

Dr. Ladis was gathering her things. "I'll make a copy of the session before I go. Hypno will be staying here, but I'll need to head home and get his substitute ready for tomorrow." She left the room to go make the copies.

Hypno just stretched his legs, then stood, and started to follow, as he had his own bag in the car and wanted to get it.

Trak led Twoey to the door. "Let's get you some dinner."

Twoey nodded, following. "Yeah, I'm kind of hungry..."

"Yeah I think we can all use something to eat after that." Sakura nodded "After I eat I'll call Looker to see what was up with the Xerosic situation and then I'll call the [sonic slicer] at around ten when she should be done with her shift. I just hope it's not one of her busy nights."

Joe and Zoroark were sitting outside while Dr. Ladis was having a session with Twoey. Although Trak was outside too, the 2 kept their distance. Things started to feel a tiny bit awkward. They knew Trak would forgive them... They still felt responsible for all the things that happened. When they saw Trak went back into the room to check on Twoey, they decided to leave the Pokemon Center quietly.

Once outside...
"You sure this is really what you want to do? What about the contest you so wanted me to take part in?"

"Sakura's right. The flashing and crowds would spook you. Plus you want to do this too."

"For once, I agree with you. So where are we off to?"

"... Fallarbor Town."

(Yea... I know this is accelerating, but I want to close Joe and Hypnoker up.)

(Okay now for my own timeskip.)

A few hours after dinner and some frantic looking for Joe and Mr. Zoroark who had mysteriously disappeared Sakura decided that she needed to concentrate on gathering information and hope Joe knew what he was doing, or at least didn't get his head stuck in some random pipe screaming for help.

"God dammit Joe when I find you I'm going to punch you into next week." Sakura grumbled.

"Now now Sakura you shouldn't do that, I'm sure he must of had his reasons." Xuangzang stated.

"Chespin pin Chespin." Arthur cried saying that they'll be fine for sure.

"I guess you guys are right." Sakura sighed as she opened the door to her room "I think I'll call Looker now."

"That would be wise." Xuangzang nodded as Sakura began to dial his number.

At Lilycove Police Department, Looker was looking through some documents when his phone rang. Digging into his pocket, and noticing the incoming number...

"My! Good evening, young Sakura! How can I assist a fellow Champion of justice!"

"Hey Looker I came across some new information involving Wily, apparently he was involved with Team Flare or at least with Xerosic and the 4 female scientists. I know that you caught Xerosic sometime in the past, but I'm wondering if he escape somehow?" Sakura questioned.

Looker had a look of disbelief.

"My! Sakura! I personally escorted him to Alcatraz Island! No one ever escapes from that prison! However... I can give them a call to confirm his presence."

(Ok, if you really want to pinpoint the timeline, it's either before Wily joined Team Rocket, or he joined Team Flare after the Geosenge catastrophe. There's just enough of a time frame from Geosenge to the Looker quests. Also, if we took the Kalos arc to start right after the end of Mewtwo's trial...)

(Okay you know what, screw this continuity screw up confusion. The Team Flare incident happened after the Trial and Taylor went back to Kalos to stop it and then got lost in Granite Cave for 2 years, there time frame problem solved.)

Fine, we can still take it that it happened between the Geosenge catastrophe and the Looker quests. I retconned Twoey in Zoroark's session with Dr. Ladis that Twoey was already fully grown.)

Looker hanged up the call, and sighed. He knew the path of justice is always full of twists and dead ends, but this case is being a pain, even for his great detective skills. Sighing, he dialed the number for the Alcatraz warden.

"... Hello? Yea, it's me. Sorry for troubling you. I need to speak with him. Yea, a request from a Champion. I know... I know... I owe you one, thanks."

It wasn't long after Sakura hang up, and stretched herself, that her phone rang again.

Dr. Ladis returned, as did her Hypno. She saw Sakura on the phone and handed Hypno the recording copies and his bag, gave him instructions for the night, bid him good-bye, and left.
