I sat where this ticket said, and then snuck down about 15 rows. The pics I took from my original seat did not turn out, so the ones you can see here give you a better idea of how far up I still was. Originally, there were maybe 10 rows of seats behind us. And this place we moved to wasn't even halfway up the balcony. The theater is sectioned in three tiers/floors, but the balcony comprises both of the upper two. Essentially we snuck down from the third floor to the second.

Because seriously, it's not a Final Fantasy concert without One Winged Angel. :P Yeah, I still prefer the Advent Children version, but as I said in my journal, I thought the choir handled it pretty well, being just the choir from one of the local colleges. I guess they like to try to bring local people in for various parts of the program. So the choir, and any other vocal pieces are done by people who don't tour with the orchestra from my understanding. Also the guitarist who handled pieces of Vamo 'alla Flamenco was a local guest artist, too.
Previously was K.G. Inafunbags, Captain Heady, Damon Gant, and the guy who liked the blue bomber solely for the reason that he was blue.

I was on the first 2 Play! concerts in Sweden, 2006 and 2007.
I got autographs and personal chat with Arnie Roth, Nobuo Uematsu and Akira Yamaoka.
It was lovely. ^^ I enjoyed those concerts, but now the ticket prices are more and more expensive...

Anyway, if you want music similar to the stuff from MMX-MMX3 then check these games:

Star Gladiator and Star Gladiator 2: Plasma Sword

And Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness

Example:

The Drunken Dishwasher

Doom Stage 1

Doom 2 Stage 1

I never played Doom 1 and 2, but when my friend sent me these.  Goddamn, I JUST HAVE TO SHOW YOU doods and doodettes  :D

CephiYumi

okay, I'll post something too nya ^^

Saga series had nice music if nothing else o.o

Acid

You got quite some good taste.

And Saga games are awesome.

Protoman Blues

LISTEN TO ALL OF THESE IN HD

Punch Out Wii - Minor Circuit Fight Theme

This is probably one of the best remakes of such a classic, classic fight song.  But what I love about this soundtrack so much is that it kept going with different takes on it.

Punch Out Wii - Major Circuit Fight Theme

The opening of this track is simply bad-[tornado fang]ing-ass.  I'm such a fan of this take on it.

Punch Out Wii - World Circuit Fight Theme

What's truly great about these different takes on the theme is that I think it fits each circuit so very well.

Acid

I really liked the music of POW. Especially the title defense themes.

But still, Super Punch out had the best soundtrack, in my opinion at least. In a quality only the SNES could provide. I miss those unique sounds.

Protoman Blues

I love the unique soudn that POW gives when you win or lose to a fighter.  Soda Popinsky might be my favorite one.  Perhaps Don Flamenco's too.

Girla PurpleHeart

Has anyone played Sonic 3D Blast? Well, here's the most beautiful songs that I ever heard:

My sister used to do a rap on this song. xD

The Drunken Dishwasher

Who remember this theme from KI1?

though I may have to upload all of Gold myself...noone has Jago Shakuhaku (or something like that) Remix >:

oh, during my slow but fun playthrough of Knights in the Nightmare.  I [tornado fang]ing love this theme.  Aquina boss theme~

VixyNyan

You know another soundtrack that was pretty cool on SNES?

Power Rangers~
Main Theme, SNES-ified >U<
City (Remastered)
Depot
Sewer
Building
Cave
The cool boss theme~ ^^

The cool boss theme~ ^^
LET'S SHOW 'EM THE POWER OF THUNDER! 8)

That was perhaps the best PR theme not featured in any show/movie.  Too bad the game's muscle-bound Pink Ranger and poorly detailed Megazord still haunt me, but the dashing finisher was pretty cool.

XD I remember that.

Say what they will about 3d blast, but both the Genesis and especially the Saturn had awesome BGMs.

Anyone have a source on this by any chance?

Damn, the Sonic series has some kickass music. Meanwhile, I'm posting here to inform everyone about the Zelda Reorchestrated website. It's basically a group of dedicated fans who have taken to re-doing quite a bit of the Zelda tunes with awesome orchestra grade sound. It's worth a download and a listen in my opinion. I'm currently mesmerized at how good the Link To The Past Sanctuary and Boss Battle themes came out.

No, I don't have an MP3 version of it. But I like the SNES version of it. But this rock version of this music sounds nice. :3 And Eee~~! Gotta love that Zero-kun! :3 *Is also a fangirl ^^*

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.
