A week.  It's a lingering cold.  Apparently it's something that's been going around as another person has been dealing with it, despite them not being around sick people.

Also, Ringman sometimes works in a germ lab.  He might being things home.

And last night I smashed the top of my foot into the barbell I use for bicep curls.  So, I smashed it into a 20 lb weight.  And it's the same damn foot I've beaten up before.  Car, rocks, now a barbell.  I hate my right foot, obviously.

It didn't help that yesterday I overdid it by walking down to the nursing home.  I thought I was on the mend.  Guess I'm not anymore.

Ugh poor mom had a rough day at work and my mom's pinky finger has been hurting like hell since yesterday.  She put it in a makeshift pinky finger sling and now it's swollen.  The thing is that she hadn't smashed her pinky finger to cause that pain and she says it feels like a small fracture.  The only thing she's been doing was crocheting.

The only logical explanation is something related to arthritis since her family has a high chance of having or ostioperosis since she's kind of in the age range where it's possible.  Either way she's going to Kaiser to figure out what the hell is going on.

And there are times where I wish we had walk-in clinics around here.  It'd make getting my busted foot checked out much easier.  Otherwise, I have to make a doctor's appointment and get referred for x-rays, if deemed necessary.  And my doctor isn't local.  Blargle.

Oh well, I'll try to avoid tripping over a barbell in the middle of the night this time.

My mom is back apparently the pain was caused by an infection so she was given a proper finger sling and a prescription of anti-biotics she's picking up tomorrow.  At least it wasn't something worse or a fracture out of nowhere that makes no sense.

[spoiler]Keep in mind I'm not an 'ecchi person', seeing something like that makes me literally physically uncomfortable.  It's find if someone has a fetish, I mean almost everyone has some kind of fetish. But it's something that I am not comfortable with seeing and would prefer not to see or hear about it unless it's something simple. Again I have nothing against the person but I am just not comfortable seeing something like that.  I'm sorry if I seem like a prude but I just am not comfortable seeing that.[/spoiler]

I guess that's what it comes down to, but that's really what I associate ecchi with more often than not because that's what I mostly see when it comes to ecchi.
