Ugh. Like Dos Equis (or Dos Ickies, as I call it)? Yeah, that kind of beer is pretty gross.
I'd suggest a hard cider, or a shandy to start with. They're easier to handle. Also, certain lagers are pretty good. Honey Brown is basic, but it's got a nice flavor. Pumpkin ale has enough cinnamon and nutmeg in it to keep it from getting too gross. And anything with fruit in it, such as the aforementioned shandy. Lemonhead makes a good shandy, as does Leinenkugel. I definitely recommend the Lemon Berry Shandy. It's got a Froot Loops taste.
Though, if you're looking for what amounts to alcoholic Kool-Aid, then Seagram's Escapes are good. Any type of wine cooler would suffice, as would hard cider, hard tea, and hard lemonade.
And then there's the fun of pairing beer with food. Certain full-body ales, lagers, and stouts go great with chocolate. If it has a robust, warm flavor, chocolate, coffee, caramel, and different nuts go well with it.
...I know too much about beer, even though I drink it occasionally.
