Apparently my mom had to deal with a stupid server in Chipotle today, the guy didn't know my mom wanted to order some tacos and he even called the manager because he was confused and the manager basically treated him like an idiot for not knowing my mom wanted to order tacos. 

I kind of wanted to see this, but I'm glad I didn't, that's just plain sad.

And my wasp sting finally settled down.  Doesn't help that I was stung in an area of my ankle where the tendon is really close to the surface.

I'd print some if I had a color printer... and knew how to print on what seems to be from an art pad.

I'd end up taking the image to Staples and having them print out about a hundred for a decent price on glossy card stock, and then give them away.

And here I thought I'd be able to live my entire life without having to resort to the so-called institution of "Having friends and hanging out with them".

And I now come to the realization that nothing is fun anymore. I'd like just ONE person to talk to and play games with, maybe do other stuff with.

Human beings are social creatures by nature. They need interaction with others to keep their sanity. I'm sure it's not easy where you live, but the best you can try to do is find some like minded people at work or something like that.

Look into clubs or something in your area.  Go check any local artsy cafes, as they'll often have bulletins about clubs or gaming groups.  Next time I'm able to get to the Ugly Mug, I'm going to see about joining a Pathfinder campaign just for people to hang out with.

Hah, nobody like that at work.
Nobody I can really talk to either when all I do is scan people's groceries. I'm not really too savvy about talking to the customers either, senior citizens and angry parents with 3-4 kids aren't really "Like-minded".

Do you have any cafes nearby, particularly artsy ones?  Any local colleges with college hangouts?  Start frequenting them and you might find people to talk to.  Also, they'll have various free and low-cost functions at other hangouts, such as concerts and workshops.

I do not partake cafes. The closest "artsy" one is probably the Acoustic cafe but that's downtown and requires a drive and finding a place to parallel park, and on top of that, the food sucks. No thanks.

Two colleges, a university and a tech. The college hangouts? All bars. Under 21 for the time being so that's also out. And even when I am 21, I don't want to go bar hopping. I have better things to waste my time doing.

I don't even know what Eau Claire has. They sure as [parasitic bomb] have nothing in the way of concerts save for Music at Phoenix Park every thursday (which is a good hangout for people who like that stuff, like my parents. Not me.) And workshops? I don't think those happen here either.

There are other stupid things that happen here too, especially in the summer. Like Country Jam/Fest/whatever, if you like that kind of music I guess it would be something but I for one abhor it and the sort of people that would venture out to this shithole to go see it.
