Time to check the weather and see if it'll hold out long enough for me to run down to the store for change...

Police Girl

Current situation at home is sort of melting down. So unfortunately I have to deal with the issue of threat of eviction because i didn't do some [tornado fang]ing chores yesterday. Because my mother just puts chores on this [tornado fang]ing golden pedestal over her son feeling like a part of the family and not just a defective Chorebot. I need to focus on that before I find my way in life. And if things melt down more...

Point is, i'm [tornado fang]ing sick of this.

Quickman

Better look into an apartment, then.  If your home environment is so hostile, then look for an apartment and move out.  The only reason chores are such a high priority is because you're living under their roof and thus have to abide by their rules, as you are certainly old enough to have your own place by now.

When Ringman and I reached a certain age, we had to start paying rent.

Protoman Blues

Pretty much what Quickie said. I don't know what chores are that bad to warrant this kind of vitriol, or if it's something deeper than that, but as long as you live under their roof you abide by their rules. If that's an unacceptable situation, then it's time to find a roommate and move out.

I do abide by their rules.
They're both late on chores constantly. Yet I'm always outed because I work less and that of course means the time I'm not working should be chore time. Of course they fail to grasp/refuse to accept that I work on a VASTLY different schedule than them so I'm not always going to be awake at the same times they are and vice versa. But they don't care.

As for moving out... I'd love too, really. But I want to be able to stay at home for a while longer as I save up some extra money.

They always give me this "you control your own life" crap but then turn around and pressure me constantly to find a different job or do the girlfriend talk or show how much they don't know a single [tornado fang]ing thing about me.

Quickman

If the problem is getting up earlier, then do so.  If you want to stay home longer, then you'll need to abide by their rules.  Them not doing chores is not an issue.  It's their house.  Their rules apply to you, as you are living in their house.  They want you to get up earlier and empty the dishwasher, then get up earlier and empty the dishwasher.

I'm out of ideas here.  If you don't like living at home, move out.  If you need to stay home and save more money, then abide by the rules of the house.  It's as simple as that.  I certainly can't get away with acting like a total lazy ass slob at my parents' house because it's not my house.  It's theirs.

Sakura Leic

Now for something completely different.

Wii Shop Channel WITH LYRICS - brentalfloss

I swear this is the most awkward brentalfloss song ever.

Walked down to the store and got change to do laundry.  Hoo boy is it ever humid out.

Police Girl

I'm not going to argue anymore.

You are all right.

The problem here is me.
I'm always my own problem. And I get on people's nerves for passing the blame around.

I'm still mad. Mom explicitly said she didn't want to "force her hand" yet seemed extremely eager to text that [parasitic bomb] to me this morning. Yet another case of her saying one thing but doing another.

So I give up. This is game over. From now on I'll just be a subservient little puppet because that's apparently what they want from me.

Protoman Blues

If you don't mind me asking, exactly what chores do they have you doing that are so despicable?

Police Girl

Its not doing them thats the problem.
Its the fact that my mother does this constant routine of saying one thing and then doing something different. Its aggravating.

I should also note that I'm only running on 3 hours of sleep thanks to this mess so I'm already annoyed from sleep deprivation but her sudden shift in mood from yesterday is making it worse.

I apologize that I'm being petty.

Phi

Perhaps you should take some temporary downtime from RPM and get some needed rest.

I should have some dinner, since I haven't yet.

Well mom's not talking to me at all right now.

Probably for the best.

Quickman

Mabel sent one of my Zuckuss figures shelf-diving.

Sakura Leic

I know this is terrible to say but I can't help but think that the Zuckuss was yelling "WHHHHEEEEEEEEE!" when you said shelf diving.

Right up until the point when he bounced off another shelf. XD

Sakura Leic

He said ow then he went back to saying whee.

Got my windows open to enjoy the breeze.  The wind kept slamming my bedroom door, so now I have it propped open with a 20 lb dumbbell.

Eureka's gonna be Sailor Moon.
C.C. is gonna be Mercury.
Homura's gonna be Mars.
Junko Enoshima's gonna be Jupiter.
Suzuha's gonna be Venus.
Yoko's gonna be Luna.
Lelouch is going to be Artemis.

This is going to be a very fun dub.

Phi

Downloaded a demo of a game called Exogenesis, which claims to feel like a mix of Zero Escape and Ace Attorney.

I'll be the judge of that.

Sakura Leic

I have no idea what to name this female Houndoom.
