That's technically what Puroto Blu'zz is, although he might be more of a smuggler than bounty hunter. A bit of both.

My brother has been watching Hannibal for a while, and recommended I watch it.

So, I saw the first 3 episodes today and... it's [tornado fang]ing amazing. It almost reminds of Death Note, in a way, seeing as how the main antagonist is working closely with the protagonist; both shows have that brilliant cat-and-mouse concept.

Also, it's surprisingly graphic for a cable series, which was the main criticism.
