I think I'm on day 5 of my cold.  Yesterday, I pushed it a bit so I could get laundry money, and today I spent it mostly in bed.

Yeah you gotta be careful when your sick; pushing your self too hard just makes it worse. On that topic I have to go to work tomorrow and I still feel awful!  8D

When you get back from work, you'll want to crawl right back into bed.  I know I do.  Perhaps I'll take the cat with me...

I agree with all of this.  Especially taking the cat with you.

I sadly do not have a warm fuzzy pet to steal the heat from. Will likely try to rest as soon as I get back; hopefully the previous shift didn't slack off too much so I won't have too much work to do.

Sakura Leic

To be honest, the cat would want to steal heat from you.

Which is why they sleep very uncomfortably close to us.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

As much as I love cats I'm allergic to them; I am however familer with a cat's love of smothering humans.  XD

I'm just glad Snowball never sits on my face.

The thing I hate about being sick most is not being allowed to work. I understand full well they don't want me spreading diseases to the patients I work with but it still sucks. That and nausea. I think I hate that more.

OH [tornado fang] YOU, CHUNSOFT. Zero Escape 3 is seeming very unlikely, according to the creator. The series isn't popular in Japan, though it's very popular in the west. However, since it's a Japanese franchise, the higher-ups care about Japanese sales, first and foremost. And those sales aren't looking too hot. D:

[tornado fang]. So many people had there heart set on Z3 (I know I sure as hell did), and now it's unlikely. Uchikoshi (the creator) was actually extremely nice to the fans, and expressed his desire to make volume 3. He pretty much always spoke with them and answered their questions.

What the [parasitic bomb] is it with trilogy titles getting cancelled/postponed?

I recall seeing that on a thread at SA, apparently lots of people responded with posts or pictures expressing their desire to see a 3rd game.

But yeah, if Capcom has taught us anything its that Japanese companies seem to give little care if something is popular outside of their home country.

Got up from my nap and now I feel mildly productive.  We'll see how much I don't get done.

Mr. Haxwell

A lousy fly disturbs my morning slumber; I smite it the moment it sat on my shoulder.

Fear me.

Quickman

I had put Mabel on my bed to sleep, and she got up and peed on my blanket.

Ahh... the sushi's back up and running. >w<

Man, our school is just the epitome of organization. /sarcasm

The last time my second period was proctoring, I was told to go to the library. Today, the principal told me I could not stay because they were holding testing materials there. She told me to find a teacher who wasn't proctoring, so I made my way to Hilyard. I was immediately stopped by a guidance counselor who disregarded what I told her were orders from the principle and held me in her office for half an hour while she tried to find some place for me.

So, no computer class AND no library. Today already ranks high on my [parasitic bomb] list.

TL;DR a guidance counselor overrode her own boss's orders and [tornado fang] today.

Oh I just love when there's an accident on the freeway and it slows down because everyone stops and looks at the result of the crash instead of thinking about the 50 or so cars behind them.

I'm not sure, but I think workers(medics and police) count as a legal reason to slow down and be cautious.

True but it was not that situation when there's a crash on the side of the road, there are no oncoming emergency vehicles or police or signs that signal to stop or slow down.  In fact the driving school said that the behavior of stopping and looking at the crash is not encouraged and is called rubbernecking but human curiosity and nosiness of course make people rarely remember this.

In fact I think it's more dangerous to look at the crash for such a prolonged period of time instead of watching the road in front and around you.

Did the traffic school say anything about the legality of slowing down around a wreck? Did they mention the laws associated with "road workers", debris, and people on the highway?

Yes and I agree some slowing down is necessary, but not to the point that it usually is in those situations.  Besides we both know that people are more interest in the wreck than the rules around it.  People rarely pay heed to the traffic rules, I've seen it all too often and it's one of the reasons that I'm scared to learn how to physically drive.  I hope to get over that this summer.
