My brother's out of surgery and he's okay, my mom will be staying the night in the hospital though since it's pretty late and all.

Yeah which is good because my brother has the worst luck for frequently going to the hospital for something and I only went for like an ear infection.

Personally I'm glad I've never had something happen to me where I'd need stiches or something. If something like that did happen, I'd rather suffer with it and let it kill me instead of getting surgery.

That's how uncomfortable with surgery.

Yeah when he was 4 he had some weights fall on him and he has a small scar above his eye, somewhere early Jr. High he had this cyst or water thing that had to be removed so he has one under his chin, then he broke his arm and a year after that he broke his leg so with this that makes 5 scars.

I have two scars on my back from surgery, a mysterious one on the back of my leg that looks like a biopsy scar, several scars from falling on driveways, asphalt, off bikes, from trees, off a shed roof and onto a nail, a scar on my face where I was bitten by a dog, and a scar on my right eyeball from surgery.

I only have one scar, and it's on my chin. I believe I spoke of this before.

When I was around 5 years old, I tripped and fell chin-first on a corner of a wooden chest. At the speed I was running, hitting that corner with my chin put me in excruciating pain. If it was my forehead, I'm sure I would have gotten a concussion.

I have a scar just above my right eye from when I went out to my friend's cabin, I got it when I walked into the corner of the window on the trailer they have out there.

Its mostly gone now but its still visible when I raise my eyebrows.

I like my eyeball scar.  It's weird.  It mostly looks like reflections and shadows, until I look to the right, which shows it off better.  It's since faded somewhat, but it's still pretty prominent.

It also makes people feel squicky.

I like the small dot I have in my Iris on my left eye.

...Or at least I USED to like it, it seems to have vanished.

My brother is still resting in the hospital and being pumped with anti biotics to fight the infection but if nothing goes wrong he should be out by tomorrow.

Classes start tomorrow for me, while many others started today. Surprisingly, I'm not too nervous.

I also need change to do laundry.

Only one of these problems can be solved now.

Time to walk down to the laundromat for change...

Oh man, is it ever muggy out!  It's like breathing steam.  But, I got my quarters, so I can do laundry.

I still need to solve the problem of getting a new sketchbook.
